im writng this because im SLEEPING @ TIDUR too much yesterday,the day before yesterday and today...
adoyai~...
b4 this ak xpernah tdo kdk tok glk..nk kta penat xjuak..haih~
maybe im BERFIKIR too much lately that is why my brain kepak n the best to settle it down is sleeping..
or im bored...hahahahahaha
GUYS N GURLS...there is pro n con kta tdo bna glk...
those who use to this habit..plis stop it immediatly..
tdo MMG bgus tp jgn terlalu lma..taking a nap is differ with sleep..<FYI,k!>

kta yg dh besr tok,8lis 8 hours max..n 6 hours to minimum..
too much much sleeping will kos yur hormone in yur body wil xmnentu...
dat is why yur tedency utk tdo lg n lg wil b high!
kpd yg benci dgn jerwt,plis jga yur sleeping..
changing our sleeping habit wil kos yur biological system to miserable..
in order too balance our system back to normal is mkn mkan yg sihat n bnyk mnum air kosg!
n of kos bersenam!<huhuhu, eat maggi wil increase yur dehydration>
